Nicholas (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) continue their “will they or won’t they” dance and the exercise proves both exhilarating and satisfying.
When Red pays her ex-husband and current lover a mid-afternoon visit at Newman, he’s sure that she is there to discuss the status of their relationship but she shuts him down. Hard!
Instead, Phyllis claims to be there strictly to present him a partnership opportunity with The Grand Phoenix, and Nick is sorely disappointed. Phyllis, however, is pleased to see that she has gotten under her ex’s skin.

Apology Denied
In the aftermath of her public humiliation, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) makes one last-ditch effort to convince Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) of her sincere regret – but acceptance of her apology is not forthcoming.
It looks like Mariah really stepped in it this time and there may be no way out of the mess she created for herself. At least she vows never to give up.
