The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, October 7, put Audra in the driver’s seat as she lays down the law to both Billy and Adam. Plus, Phyllis and Sharon come to an understanding.
Key Takeaways
- Audra gives Billy and Adam a talking to
- Matt faces reality — and doesn’t like it
- Phyllis and Sharon come to an understanding
Audra Forces Billy and Adam to Put Sally Ahead of Their Feud
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) manipulated Audra (Zuleyka Silver) into playing nice as they both planned Sally’s (Courtney Hope) bridal shower. Audra went along… for Sally’s sake. But Audra and Chelsea’s animosity isn’t the biggest obstacle to Sally enjoying her wedding day. Billy (Jason Thompson) and Adam’s (Mark Grossman) pettiness is.
So, because the big, strong men can’t figure out how to behave so the pregnant woman they both claim to care about isn’t stressed out any more than she needs to be, Audra is going to make them do it. She commands Billy and Adam to get it together and figure out how they’re going to play nice, too. They don’t have to mean it, they don’t have to feel it, but they do have to do it. Or else.
Matt Finally Realizes He Can’t Control Patty
By the same token, Matt (Roger Howarth) thought he could get through to Patty (Stacy Haiduk), talk sense to her, get her to stop blaming other people for her problems, and turn herself in. Patty wasn’t feeling it. So she tried to kill them both.
That didn’t work. But it did shake Matt’s confidence in his plan. Perhaps he doesn’t have this situation completely under control, as he thought.
Phyllis and Sharon Refuse to Let Matt Come Between Them
Sharon (Sharon Case) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) have many, many years of animosity between them. They bonded while being held prisoner and, since then, have had an odd friendship.
Phyllis’ relationship with Matt has the potential to blow that olive branch out of the water. They decide not to let it. Especially since they both need to be there for Nick (Joshua Morrow) now.
