The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, September 11, hope that Jack will finally be able to neutralize Patty, once and for all, while Victor decides he should attack the Abbotts again. Because… reasons.
Key Takeaways
- Jack is determined to trap Patty.
- Victor is furious at the Abbotts for… existing?
- Matt confuses Phyllis.
Jack Sets a Trap to Finally Get Patty Back Behind Bars
Patty (Stacy Haiduk) tried to kill Diane (Susan Walters) and Jack (Peter Bergman) — and to blame it on Diane. She couldn’t pull it off and was put in prison. But she escaped. Again. At this point, she either needs to be chained to a wall with no visitors or just processed and let out again, since it seems no bars can hold her.
Yet Jack thinks that, this time, he may be able to trick here into coming out into the open… and allowing herself to be locked up. We’re not sure why he thinks this.
Victor Breaks His Promise to Nikki
At the same time, Victor (Eric Braeden) has decided it’s been a minute since he huffed and puffed and mumbled about bringing down that horrible Jack Abbott. Sure, he promised Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) he wouldn’t be doing that anymore.
But since when is being honest with Nikki a priority for her sociopath of a husband? Victor hates Jack, and he hates Billy (Jason Thompson), and hates their stupid make-up line, and he hates that they refuse to bow down and admit he’s the greatest man who ever manned. So, yeah, he’s going after them again. Aren’t you impressed by how manly he is?
Matt’s Second Thoughts Threaten to Blow Up Phyllis’s Plan
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) thought she and Matt (Roger Howarth) had a plan. She was doing her part, and she expected Matt to do the same.
Except now Matt is having second thoughts. And you know how Phyllis responds when she thinks someone is even considering going against her.
