The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, April 20 features Sharon making plans for a life post-surgery, while Theo acted stupid, Amanda acted smart, and Billy and Lily debated the wisdom of an upcoming move.

The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights

The day before her surgery, Sharon (Sharon Case) asked Nick (Joshua Morrow) to take care of Noah (Robert Adamson) and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) in case something happens to her. They’re his kids. Did she think he’d forget to take care of them?

Sharon (Sharon Case) also told Mariah (Camryn Grimes) she signed a healthcare proxy naming Mariah as the person to make Sharon’s healthcare decisions in case Sharon can’t. Shouldn’t she have asked Mariah first? Eh, Sharon is sick. Everyone has to do what she says.

Kyle: Set ‘Em Up, Boys

Theo (Tyler Johnson) made his pitch for the future of Jabot… what a shame it’s the same one Jack (Peter Bergman) once made 15 years ago. Jack called him out and Theo blamed Kyle (Michael Mealor) – he set him up!

What do you think? Post a comment!

Kyle (Michael Mealor) pointed out he laid the trap… but Theo didn’t have to step into it. Kyle fired his cousin and Jack backed his son up. Theo went crying to Dina (Marla Adams) about how he’s going to lose his family… the same one he had no interest in literally a few months ago.

Billy (Jason Thompson) asked Lily (Christel Khalil) her thoughts about running Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) expose of Adam (Mark Grossman). Lily was open but hoped Billy and Victoria weren’t starting up again. The new company offered Amanda (Mishael Morgan) a job as house counsel and Billy swore she won’t be crossing paths with him much.

Later, Billy and Lily were sitting a few tables away from Amanda and Nate (Sean Dominic). Amanda and Billy couldn’t keep their eyes off each other. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
