The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, May 18, 2020, kicks off a week dedicated to the Winters family by opening on Neil’s first day, February 13, 1991. Also up this almost Valentine’s Day is Gina in love with a crook, and Jill in love with the idea of moving up in the world.

The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights

Dru (Victoria Rowell) has a thing for her sister Olivia’s (Tonya Lee Williams) boyfriend, Nate (Nathan Purdee). She tried to get his attention by claiming she had a new boyfriend who wanted to go slow dancing. Would Nate teach Dru how to slow dance – in a progressive, learn-by-doing method?

Nate was game, but Olivia didn’t appreciate the compromising position she found her sister and boyfriend in. She didn’t believe that Dru has a slow dancing boyfriend. Nate believed it. He believed it so much that he invited Dru and her young man to double date with him and Olivia.

Changed Man

Kay (Jeanne Cooper) and Rex (Quinn Redeker) were unhappy that his daughter, Gina (Patty Weaver) is insisting on sticking by the man she loves – Clint, the same guy who kidnapped Kay and replaced her with lookalike Marge. Brock (Beau Kazer) arrived to yell at Gina about it. And, just as Clint told Gina he was ready to show to the world that he’d changed by going to prison, Brock happened to get mugged right outside Gina and Clint’s window. How convenient…

Not Good Enough

Jill (Jess Walton) thought Victor (Eric Braeden) was going to give her a job over Brad (Don Diamont). He didn’t. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
