The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, March 11, 2021, finally brings viewers face to face with the much-talked-about Ashland Locke. Ashland hears buy-out pitches from multiple interested parties, while Kyle cowers in fear when he sees Sally and Tara bonding over coffee.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Billy (Jason Thompson) and Lily (Christel Khalil) try to convince Locke (Richard Burgi) that they are the best candidates to buy his media company. Locke wants to know if Billy is still gambling. Billy babbles about how they’re all gamblers, aren’t they?
Later, Billy needles Victor (Eric Braeden) and Adam (Mark Grossman) about how great their pitch went, then realizes neither one knows that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is also bidding. Locke is the one who fills Victor and Adam in.
Rather than going home, Billy decides to sit in the Grand Phoenix lobby and wait for Victoria to come by so he can heckle her, too. Lily takes a pass on this very mature activity.
Victoria suggests Billy withdraw. Billy suggests Victoria withdraw. Victor wants them both to know they’re going to lose.
Old Friends, New Friends
Kyle (Michael Mealor) stammers his way through an accidental meeting with Locke, then gets a warning from Jack (Peter Bergman) that Kyle’s work has been lacking lately.
Kyle stumbles out of Jabot to get some air and catches Tara having a friendly coffee date with Sally (Courtney Hope). They’re talking about designing shoes, but Kyle, naturally, assumes they’re discussing him. Is there any other topic worth discussing?
Sally tells Kyle she doesn’t give a damn about his Baby Mama, but how about Kyle cools it on her relationship with Jack. They cool?
Kyle next wants to chat with Tara. Tara doesn’t. In fact, she would like it if Kyle forgot little Harrison exists. Tara won’t be putting the life they have at risk for a summer fling. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
