At the ranch, Victor (Eric Braeden) enjoyed watching Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) play the piano. Nikki was thrilled with the magical atmosphere in their new home. She was surprised that he managed to complete the house in secret and thanked him for taking care of the wedding arrangements.

At the Abbott estate, Traci (Beth Maitland) helped calm Abby’s (Melissa Ordway — who is off contract at Y&R) nerves. Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) arrived. After expressing her joy at returning, Ashley quickly shifted to wedding plans and discussed the newly rebuilt ranch with excitement. Abby invited her mother to see the new house. Later, Alan (Christopher Cousins) joined them, confirming his move into the estate. The conversation turned to escalating family tensions between Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Diane (Susan Walters). Traci revealed that Diane enlisted Victor to ally against Kyle, which made Jack storm out.

Ashley and Abby visited the new ranch, impressed by Victor’s restoration efforts. Victor left to meet Jill (Jess Walton). They talked about the wedding and Chancellor Industries. Jill was wary of Victor’s intentions, especially regarding Billy’s (Jason Thompson) role. Their argument highlighted Jill’s concerns over her son’s competency, though she acknowledged she wouldn’t risk Katherine’s (Jeanne Cooper) legacy.

At Crimson Lights, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) confronted Sharon (Sharon Case), insisting she confess to Heather’s (Vail Bloom) murder. Sharon dismissed the accusations, calling Phyllis delusional, but Phyllis vowed to make her pay. Nick (Joshua Morrow) intervened, calming Sharon but noticing she was looking off into space. He assured Sharon he didn’t believe Phyllis’s claims.

At Society, Phyllis vented to Lauren (Tracey Bregman), insisting Sharon was guilty. Lauren questioned her lack of evidence, noting Phyllis’s desperation. When Nick arrived, he also urged Phyllis to let go, but Phyllis was undeterred.

Meanwhile, Daniel (Michael Graziadei) and Christine (Lauralee Bell) discussed Heather’s funeral. Christine speculated that Sharon might be hiding something, though Daniel wasn’t convinced. Later, Sharon sneaked into Phyllis’s suite to search for evidence, determined to clear her name.

At Crimson Lights, Devon (Bryton James) and Lily (Christel Khalil) discussed the upcoming wedding. Devon asked Lily to set aside her conflicts with Victor for the event. After some teasing, Lily agreed, though she hinted she might give Victor a stern look. Billy interrupted them, pressing Lily to accept his apology and return to work at Chancellor. Devon and Billy argued until Lily dismissed her brother, choosing to talk with Billy privately. She agreed to work with him, setting conditions: Phyllis had to be out, and she and Billy would be equal partners. They sealed the deal and planned to tell Jill.

Meanwhile, Abby shared wedding preparations with Ashley, showing her the wedding dress and reassuring her about the future with Devon. Later, Devon joined them and gave Ashley a family bracelet, symbolizing her place in his life. Touched, Ashley left to relax while Abby and Devon reflected on their happiness.

At the ranch, Nikki discussed Chancellor Industries with Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Victoria was disappointed about Billy. Elsewhere, Victor met with Jill, acknowledging her heart condition and suggesting she sell Chancellor back to him. Though reluctant, Jill agreed to consider his offer after he presented an appealing bid.

Phyllis continued accusing Sharon of murder. Nick advised Phyllis to drop the issue, but she refused. Later, Sharon searched Phyllis’s suite for evidence, and Phyllis caught her. A heated confrontation ensued, with Sharon experiencing dizziness and fainting. Chance (Conner Floyd) arrived, warning Phyllis to back off and advising Sharon to stay away from Phyllis.

As Sharon regrouped with Nick and Mariah (Camryn Grimes), she admitted her mistake, acknowledging that her actions made her look guilty. Nick urged her to take a break in Sedona to avoid further escalation. Meanwhile, Phyllis was fixated on proving Sharon’s guilt.

On her wedding day, Abby got ready. Mariah complimented Abby’s beauty, and Victoria brought her a birthday gift. Abby worried over her dress and was reassured it would be waiting at the ranch. At the Abbott estate, Jack complimented Ashley but shared frustration over Victor’s recent actions, especially involving their family and business.

Meanwhile, at the ranch, Nikki ensured everything looked perfect for the wedding, trusting Victor’s arrangements. Victor briefly met Jill, who later surprised Billy by removing him from a company role. Confused and upset, Billy confronted his mother, who apologized, saying she had no choice.

At the Genoa City Athletic Club, Devon celebrated with family Nate (Sean Dominic) and Lily. Then, Harmony (Chené Lawson) and Ana (Loren Lott) showed up. Devon was grateful for everyone’s support and expressed joy over marrying Abby. Victor approached Devon to reconcile past conflicts, welcoming him into the family. Later, Victor told Abby how proud he was and admired her strength.

As the wedding began, Victor and Ashley walked Abby down the aisle. During the ceremony, Devon expressed his commitment, and they exchanged vows while their family and friends celebrated.

Away from the wedding, Sharon worked at Crimson Lights, telling Faith (Reylynn Caster) that Phyllis was pressuring her over Heather’s death. Faith urged her mom to seek peace, but Sharon was determined to stop Phyllis. Phyllis, suspecting Sharon, vented to Daniel about her suspicions and determination to push Sharon to confess. Despite Daniel’s concerns, Phyllis continued her pursuit.

Later, Phyllis received ominous texts, believing they were from Sharon, who also drove, muttering about Phyllis and not knowing where her phone was. When Phyllis received more messages and became distracted, her car swerved off the road, resulting in a sudden crash.

At the Newman ranch, Abby and Devon exchanged heartfelt vows. They acknowledged that their bond wasn’t based on instant attraction but had grown over time into a deep partnership. Devon shared that he chose to marry Abby on her birthday because it was one of his most cherished days. Dominic (River Ware) served as ring bearer, and after exchanging rings, they were pronounced husband and wife.

During the reception, a sudden thumping noise drew Nick’s attention outside, where he discovered Phyllis’s car on fire after it crashed into a tree. Nick and Chance hurried to her aid, eventually rescuing her from the vehicle. Inside, Nikki tried to keep guests calm while introducing the newlyweds. Sharon, also involved in the crash, woke up confused in her car, unaware of her role in the accident. She returned home, shaken by hallucinations and plagued by guilt.

Meanwhile, at the reception, tensions rose between guests. Diane’s unexpected presence drew hostility, especially from Ashley, and Kyle confronted her. In a private conversation with Victor, Diane learned he would give her control of Glissade if she fired Kyle.

Elsewhere, Billy faced Jill’s decision to sell Chancellor to Victor. Jill expressed her sorrow, explaining that her health left her no choice. She tearfully urged Billy to accept her decision, and he angrily left.

Sharon, still distressed, phoned Nick to inquire about Phyllis’s condition. Nick was confused about how Sharon knew about Phyllis’ wreck.

Meanwhile, at a no-tell motel, Jordan (Colleen Zenk) reported to Ian Ward (Ray Wise) that everything had gone according to plan.

Billy hurried into the GCAC, ordering drinks to soothe his frustration. He saw Sally (Courtney Hope) alone and joined her, complimenting the wedding dress she designed. She said that she skipped the wedding to avoid Adam (Mark Grossman). Billy confided that he’d forced his mother’s hand, resulting in an ultimatum. Disappointed, Billy explained that he’d had to fire Phyllis, rehire Lily, and ultimately, Jill still sold the company to Victor. He vowed to hold Victor accountable, and Sally urged Billy to take care of himself.

At the ranch, Diane informed Kyle that she’d taken over Glissade and fired him, acting under Victor’s influence to target Jack. Kyle confronted Victor, who confirmed the harsh truth, claiming it was necessary for him to understand life’s ruthlessness. Later, at the Abbott estate, Kyle was shocked to see Diane. She told him that her actions had been a ruse to protect him from Victor.

Later, at Devon and Abby’s wedding, Devon expressed gratitude to his family and love for Abby. As the festivities continued, Audra (Zuleyka Silver) caught the bouquet, though she told Nate not to read too much into it.

At her house, Sharon tearfully told Nick about the terrible accident involving Phyllis. She admitted she’d blacked out and unintentionally caused the crash, leading to the horrific realization that she had run Phyllis off the road. Consumed by guilt, she described the hallucinations of Cameron (Linden Ashby) and memories of Cassie (Camryn Grimes) that had led her to act irrationally, even attempting to frame Daniel for Heather’s murder. Despite Nick’s reassurances, Sharon insisted she must tell the truth, though Nick suggested waiting before involving the authorities.

At the end of the night, Nikki thanked Victor for the beautiful wedding, feeling grateful for all he’d done. Victor assured her that she deserved happiness, reflecting on the enduring connections among their family.
