They’re young and they’re restless, and they’re on The Young and the Restless. Genoa City’s hottest new young couple is Lola (Sasha Calle) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) – whether Fen (Zach Tinker) likes it or not.
Viewers might still be warming up to the majority of the Rosales family, which includes Arturo (Jason Canela), Rey (Jordi Vilasuso), and Mia (Noemi Gonzalez), but Lola seems to be more welcome than the rest.
Meanwhile, Kyle has dropped his brash young man act and is actually trying to become a better person.

They’re adorable, 77% of the audience gushes! Lola is smart, ambitious, level-headed, and sweet. Kyle obviously thinks so, too, as he not only agreed to let Lola set the pace of their relationship – including no sex until she feels she’s ready – he even apologized when she found his overly extravagant gift inappropriate.
What’s more, Kyle asked Mariah (Camryn Grimes) for advice – and then humbly took it! The Abbotts don’t have a great track record in keeping relationships going with people outside their social class – and, well, those inside their social class, too.
But, Kyle and Lola might just be the pair to break that curse and live happily ever after!

Kyle and Lola are so adorable, 23% of you just want to step on them. Could we can the precious bantering, already? We get it, Lola is good at everything, morally upright, and a great cook, too.
And Kyle is in wuv for the first time in his life and is being changed daily by her inherent goodness. Spare us. Does Lola have no flaws?
Perfect people are insufferable in real life, and they’re even worse on the soaps. Kyle will tire of this paragon soon enough – you hope – and become the bad boy he was always meant to be.
