All soap operas need couples to keep fans watching, and The Young and the Restless is no different. Who is your favorite pairing so far in 2021? Here’s what almost 3,000 fans wanted us to know:

The Young and the Restless Polling: Wedded Bliss

Who says that happily married couples are boring? Chance (Donny Boaz) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) have been blissfully wed for weeks now, and all they’ve talked about is how much they want to have a baby, yet a majority 38% of you still find them fascinating!

Willy Nilly

A smaller 24% of the audience went with Billy (Jason Thompson) and Lily (Christel Khalil). She believed he wasn’t a killer and forgave him for something he did long before he met her. What else does a couple need?

No Third Parties

It was touch and go as to whether Sharon (Sharon Case) and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) would actually tie the knot on New Year’s Eve, but 17% of the voters got their wish. They’re married now, and they’re totally not going to split up over Adam (Mark Grossman). What in the world would give you that idea?

Old School — Nikki and Victor

No one will ever outshine Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) according to 8% of long-term fans. They show other supercouples how it’s done, and how you keep the flame alive… even when married to other people. Watch and learn, kids, watch and learn.

Through Thick and Thin

An almost equal 7%, on the other hand, looked to Victor and Nikki’s only son, Nick (Joshua Morrow), and his relationship with Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). They’ve broken up and gotten back together almost as many times, and are currently on “love” mode. May it never change!

Kid Stuff

And, finally, here are the 6% rooting for Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Summer (Hunter King). When the bride runs away from the groom, there is only so much enthusiasm one can summon. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
