Last week, Soap Hub reported that Kristoff St. John had left no will and his daughter, Paris, had petitioned to become executor of his estate.

Now, The Blast has revealed that the late actor’s father, Christopher St. John, has come forward with a handwritten will.

The document divides St. John’s estate between his two living children, daughters Paris and Lola, with Paris receiving 25% and Lola receiving 75%.

The will seems to have been drawn up within the last two years and also leaves a $100,000 check to Lola. Christopher St. John has presented the will to the probate court, but it still needs to be verified for authenticity.

The actor’s father is also named as the estate’s executor, according to The Blast, which has a photo of the alleged will.

Kristoff St. John passed away on February third of an apparent heart attack exacerbated by excessive drinking. His ex-wife, Mia, revealed the actor was on a 72-hour psych hold just prior to his death and she described him as “suicidal.”

St. John had already been hospitalized in 2017 for psychological reasons following the death of his son, Julian, in 2014. Many have said that Kristoff died of a broken heart. Mia reported that her ex-husband said he saw their son coming to him just hours before his death.
