Great news for The Young and the Restless (YR) fans! Two-time Emmy-winning actress Jess Walton is once again returning to the top-rated soap in July!
The soap’s official Twitter account tweeted the news of Walton being back in Genoa City as Jill Foster Atkinson, featuring a photo of Walton, Peter Bergman (Jack), and Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki).
Jill has long-running relationships with both Jack and Nikki. Jack and Jill have been on-again/off-again lovers. They’ve also been enemies and allies and over the years, and today, the two have a unique dynamic between them. They have an honest and candid rapport.
Meanwhile, veteran Y&R fans recall that Nikki and Jill were actually once family courtesy of Nikki’s marriage to Jill’s brother Greg (Wings Hauser).
