If Cane and Lily’s current storyline on The Young and the Restless were named after a movie, it’d be called Sex, Lies and Videotape!
The truth has come out at Juliet’s sexual harrasment lawsuit and now that the video’s been shown of Juliet (Laur Allen) leaving Cane’s room in the wee hours of the morning, it’s not looking good for Cane (Daniel Goddard)!
Should Lily (Christel Khalil) leave her cheatin’ hubby? Or should she give the angst-ridden Australian another chance? Soap Hub queried Cane and Lily followers and there results may — or may not — be surprising.
Cane and Lily 4-EVAH!
The majority of responders (56%) feel that Lily should stay with Cane, despite how guilty he appears to be. The key word is “appear.” While there’s video of Juliet leaving Cane’s room, there’s still no proof that she and Cane had extramarital relations. After all, Cane was so zonked out on saki that he doesn’t really remember what occurred.
Another reason voters want Cane and Lily together is that the pair has been through too much to let one inebriated transgression ruin an otherwise happy relationship.

Almost a third of voters (31%) feel that Lily should take a hike. Whether he had sex with Juliet or not, Cane’s been lying to Lily for quite some time about what he thinks happened in Japan. If there’s no honesty in a marriage then what kind of marriage do you have?
What About Jordan?
A small group of voters (13%) aren’t sure what Lily should do. This is probably because all the facts just aren’t in. Juliet could very well be stretching the truth as to what happened in Japan. And while Lily hasn’t succumbed to Jordan’s charms, she has grown to depend on him more for emotional support.
Cane certainly didn’t like it when he recently walked in on his wife being embraced by the sexy shutterbug, but he knows he can’t really complain given his recent transgression.
One thing’s for sure, if Lily does give Cane the boot, it’s only a matter of time before Jordan sees this as an opportunity to get even closer to her!
