Daniel Hall brings good looks and a quick wit to his role as Scott Grainger on The Young and the Restless (YR). Heck, even Victor Newman likes the guy and he’s seldom a fan of guys who hang around either of his daughters.
Maybe that’s because Scott (Daniel Hall) is dating Sharon and only works with Abby. But who’s the right woman for the handsome journalist?

“Case” In Point
Despite the many loyal Nick and Sharon (Sharon Case) fans, it’s Nick’s ex whom fans want to see paired with Scott. Nearly 54% of you voted for Sharon as the woman they want for the curly-haired reporter.
Perhaps viewers feel that it’s great to see Sharon move away from the men in the Newman clan (Nick, Victor, Adam) and other power players in Genoa City (like Jack and Billy) and settle down with a man who doesn’t have gobs of history with other women?
Dear Abby
The chemistry between Scott and Abby (Melissa Ordway), however, is undeniable. The pair have a Moonlighting-like banter whenever they meet and it’s delightful watching Abby take digs at Scott’s role as a journalist (given it’s an ever-changing profession) and his making dry references to her run as “The Naked Heiress.”

Someone Else
Just under 15% of you voted for neither Sharon nor Abby, selecting the option “neither.” It’s not clear who else in Genoa City Scott could be paired with romantically.
Maybe Hilary (they have, in a way, journalism in common) or maybe Ashley or Nikki (either of whom could cause Abby to spar even more with Scott)!
Time will tell if Sharon and Scott make a go of it or if his banter with Abby results in something more!
