Chelsea’s life is getting stressful on The Young and the Restless and she’s getting concerned about how to survive. She comes up with a plan to save her skin, which involves getting married — to Nick!
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is already on to Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), asking her to take a lie detector test to prove she’s not behind the thefts at her design company. But we know Chelsea is guilty!
However, Chelsea’s a great con artist and has been holding her ground, suggesting to those around her that they simply take the financial loss and move on. But that’s raised eyebrows from not only Phyllis but from Nick (Joshua Morrow), too!
Chelsea truly loves Nick and he appears to care for her greatly, too. According to published reports, Chelsea will get the idea to keep Nick as close to her as possible by proposing that they get married!
Time will tell how Nick responds to this request. While he and Chelsea are a great couple, they came together by circumstance.
She lost Adam and Nick lost Sage. Becoming a family was great for their sons — Connor and Christian. But what Nick doesn’t know is that Christian really isn’t his.

Victor (Eric Braeden) does know however and he’s been holding this over Chelsea’s head. The mustached mogul is the wild card in all of this. Could he have a hand in Chelsea’s schemes?
But it seems that Chelsea’s biggest threat remains Phyllis. She not only wants to get to the bottom of the Chelsea 2.0 theft, but she cares deeply for Nick and doesn’t want him taken advantage of.
Will Chelsea get caught before she gets Nick to the altar? Or will she get away with pulling off her greatest con ever? Stay tuned!
