Kristoff St. John has been off the canvas on The Young and the Restless for a while now. The actor took a break following a personal problem so Neil was written off the canvas. Is he ready now to return to the show?
A social media post by St. John shows that he may be ready to resume his role as Neil Winters, Devon (Bryton James) and Lily’s dad! He calls himself “The comeback kid” in an Instagram post, perhaps to indicate he’s ready to get back to work!
Soap Hub reported last year that St. John. was hospitalized in October of 2017 after allegedly trying to commit suicide.
The actor was reportedly despondent over the death of his son, Julian, who passed away in 2014.

Since then, St. John’s posted sporadically on social media letting his fans know how he’s doing and that he has a new girlfriend, too.
