Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Deacon Freaks Out

In the Monday, April 8 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, recap photos show Steffy receiving good news, Finn asking for a big favor, and Deacon in the middle of a meltdown.

Today, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) talked about Finn (Tanner Novlan) going to the memorial service and Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) being gone. Then Steffy received big news from Deputy Police Chief Baker (Dan Martin). At Il Giardino, Hope (Annika Noelle) and Finn discussed the Sheila of it all as well as her breakup with Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). Finally, Deacon (Sean Kanan) had a meltdown when he realized the cremated body had all ten toes instead of nine. (Check out what happens this week on B&B)

Steffy explains to her dad why Finn and Hope attended Deacon’s memorial service for Sheila.
Later, Ridge and Steffy receive a visit from Deputy Chief Baker. He gives Steffy great news.
Steffy and Ridge react to the deputy chief telling them that Steffy won’t be charged for Sheila’s death.
According to the state of California and city of Los Angeles, Steffy acted in self defense. Steffy and Ridge are beyond glad that the Sheila matter is over. Now that Sheila is gone, Steffy hopes Finn’s connection with Sheila is gone too.
At Il Giardino, Hope assures Finn that he’s nothing like Sheila. He knows that he needs to make sense of his conflicted emotions over Sheila’s death.
Later, Hope and Finn chat about Douglas and Thomas. She refers to Steffy’s interference, of course, saying she doesn’t think Hope’s good enough for Thomas. Meanwhile, Finn says he thinks Thomas isn’t good enough for Thomas.
Eventually, Finn asks Hope for a favor. He knows there’s bad blood between Hope and Steffy but he really wants the Forresters and Logans to get along. He just wants everybody to be happy so he wants Hope to open her mind to new possibilities (and not so much to payback is the implication).
At the crematorium, “Sheila” is cremated.
Deacon starts freaking out, because he sees that the body has all ten toes and not nine like the real Sheila.
Deacon then freaks out some more. He wants to know if the mortician added an appendage to Sheila’s damaged toe. But he knows the answer.
Finally, Deacon sits down, freaks out and tries to figure out if his eyes are playing tricks on him. All he can think of is “ten toes.” He knows that’s what he saw.
