Ever since Bill (Don Diamont) surprised Katie (Heather Tom) with a brand-new fashion house as a wedding present, tensions with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) have continued to intensify. The conflict started when Katie chose the name Logan for the company, and things grew even more heated after it was revealed that Eric (John McCook) had agreed to design for the new venture.

Brooke and Katie have always been fiercely loyal to one another, but recently their relationship has been under serious strain. Hoping to mend the rift, Brooke and Ridge attempted to extend an olive branch. Bill and Katie, however, made it clear they had no interest in smoothing things over, and Ridge was far from pleased when Bill firmly laid down the law.
