Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Steffy & Finn Debate Thope Breakup

In the Monday, April 1 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, recap photos show characters continuing to talk about and deal with the fallout of the Thomas and Hope breakup.

Today, Zende (Delon de Metz), Luna (Lisa Yamada), and RJ (Joshua Hoffman) gossip about the Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope (Annika Noelle) breakup. However, as a trio, they also decide to support Hope in any way they can. Liam (Scott Clifton) visits Forrester where he and Hope chat about — what else — the big breakup.

Hope vents to Liam about the whole situation and Steffy’s part in it. Ultimately, Liam offers his support. Finally, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn (Tanner Novlan) debate Hope and Thomas. Obviously, Steffy goes hard on Hope Logan while Finn wants her to show compassion for her rival. (Check Soap Hub‘s B&B Weekly Update here)

RJ and Zende walk in on Luna working at Forrester. Zende immediately spills the tea on Thomas breaking up with Hope and leaving for Paris.
The three decide to step up and be there for Hope and her Hope for the Future fashion line. And RJ lets Zende know that he’ll end up working closely with Luna. Zenda can’t wait for that to happen.
Liam drops by Forrester and actually has a civil conversation with Hope. Hope gives him the go ahead to gloat about Thomas leaving, but he doesn’t take the bait.
Hope vents to Liam about what went down with Thomas, with Douglas, and especially with Steffy. Liam doesn’t totally buy that Steffy’s interference led to the Hope/Thomas breakup. Hope says it’s not all Steffy’s fault. Of course, she’s the one that hurt Thomas by rejecting his proposal.
Hope continues to vent and admits to Liam that she does love Thomas.
Liam’s not happy to hear that Hope loves Thomas.
Hope apologizes for oversharing about her and Thomas with Liam. Liam is cool with it because she’s going through a lot. And offers his support with Beth if she needs it.
Finally, Steffy tells Finn what went down between Hope and Thomas. She also shares her opinions about Hope.
Steffy insists that Hope played with Thomas’s emotions. And she’s not as innocent as she wants everybody to believe. That she is just a Logan like her mother.
The entire time Finn listens to Steffy, he counters that they should have empathy for Hope, that Steffy’s being harsh. And that Hope is lost right now. Steffy realizes that Finn always sees the good in people and says that’s part of the reason why she loves him.
Steffy and Finn kiss and work through the Hope of it all even though their perspectives are clear. Steffy wishes Finn wouldn’t defend Hope. And Finn thinks all the blame shouldn’t land on Hope’s shoulders.
