On Sunday’s NCIS: Los Angeles, a Russian oligarch will grab the squad’s attention in a very dangerous way so get ready for some more heart-pounding action.
The episode, dubbed Mountebank, is all about the latest NCIS case that came about after a prominent investment banker was murdered. According CBS, the dead guy had tight ties to the Russian mob, which means Sam (LL Cool J) once again gets to go undercover–this time as a day trader.
Russian-born Chicago cop-turned-security specialist Anna’s (Bar Paly) dad, Arkady Kolcheck (Vyto Ruginis), also helps solve the case while an alias of Callen (Chris O’Donnell) “becomes the victim of credit card theft” that “Mosely (Nia Long) thinks [is] tied to something bigger.”
Sounds ominous, but of course it does! That’s the kind of conundrum the Office of Special Projects grapples on a regular basis.
