Days of Our Lives (DOOL) debuted on television in 1965 and many great actors that are currently on other shows got their start on it.
It might not have been their first job but it was their first soap opera job. Now they are known for their new roles, but learn about who they were on DAYS.
Don Diamont
While Diamont has been going gangbusters on The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) as Dollar Bill Spencer, most people know he was on The Young and the Restless (YR) as Brad Carlton.
But did you know that in 1984 he appeared on DAYS as Carlos Forenza. He has a fling with Gloria Loring, who played songstress Liz Chandler.
Her husband Neil was a man that Carlos wanted revenge against him for turning state’s evidence against his father, who ended up dying in prison.
Tracey Bregman
While she’s been wowing fans of The Young and the Restless (YR) as Lauren Fenmore on and off since 1984, Bregman starred on DAYS from 1978-1980 as Donna Craig – Don Craig’s daughter.

Donna was a troubled young woman who attempted suicide on the day her father was to marry Marlena Evans. She wanted to jump off a roof, but Don and Marlena (Deidre Hall) came to her rescue.
Of course, Don ended up falling and injured his leg, causing him to pull out of a race for the senate.
Michael Easton
Easton has played a few characters on General Hospital (GH), but now Hamilton Finn is lighting up the screen with Rebecca Budig’s Hayden.
But before that, and before playing a vampire on Port Charles (and a stint on One Life to Live), Easton played Tanner Scofield in 1992.
Tanner was a rebellious youth, but his relationship with Molly was popular until the two moved away to Chicago.
