Soap Veteran Jensen Buchanan Sentenced To Prison!

 Comments

On May 18, 2016, Jensen Buchanan’s life was changed forever when she hit a car head on with a blood alcohol level four times the legal limit.

However, the man who sustained critical injuries in that crash told a judge that his battered body forever changed his life, as well.

Buchanan pled guilty for DUI charges earlier this year and was finally sentenced to one year in Santa Barbara County jail, plus five years probation. The sentencing came after pleas from the victim and his wife to give her the maximum punishment possible.

“Even though I didn’t die that day, in a very real sense she took away my life, because now I am going to die sooner than I probably would have,” Bradley Asolas said, according to Noozhawk.

The crash took place in the early morning hours of May 18 when Asolas was driving to work. The 57-year-old man said he was healthy before the accident, but now gets around with the help of a cane and scooter.

The 55-year-old Buchanan last appeared as Judge Moxley on The Young and the Restless, but came to daytime fame as Sarah Gordon on One Life to Live. She is best known for her role as twins Victoria and Marley Hudson on Another World, and later As the World Turns.
