Linsey Godfrey made a surprising discovery Tuesday: She realized that her 12-year anniversary had passed, and she told social media what it means to her.
The stunning actress, who recently joined Days of Our Lives as Sarah Horton and used to play Caroline Spencer on The Bold and the Beautiful, took to Twitter to share the good news with her followers.
“I totally forgot but January 4th was my 12yr anniversary of being in remission from cancer! Congratulations to all the other survivors out there @KassieDePaiva I’m looking at you mama! And sending love and strength to those still battling! You got this! I’m here for you!”
Her shoutout to DAYS co-star Kassie DePaiva (Eve) was met with a loving tweet right back to her… along with a special wish.

Both actresses have been very open about their cancer battles, with Godfrey surviving her Hodgkin’s lymphoma diagnosis while DePaiva fought against acute myeloid leukemia. Soap Hub is thrilled that both are doing so much better and are cancer free!
