The Young and the Restless’s loss looks like General Hospital’s gain as actress Elizabeth Hendrickson is headed over to Port Charles.
According to Soap Opera Digest, Hendrickson begins taping a new GH role this week, although it remains a mystery on who she’ll be playing.
ABC soap fans will remember Hendrickson from All My Children where she played twins Maggie and Frankie from 2001-2007. It was there that she was involved with a landmark lesbian story involving Erica Kane’s daughter, Bianca.
Both Frankie and Maggie loved Bianca, but Frankie was killed early on and Maggie, who at first saw herself as heterosexual, eventually became involved with Bianca.

In 2008, the actress joined The Young and the Restless as Chloe, and played her as a troublemaker, a mother who lost a child, and later a murderer. Currently, Chloe is presumed dead.
When Soap hub learns more about Hendrickson’s GH role, we will let you know. Perhaps she’s someone from Nelle’s past or maybe even Peter’s. Maybe she’s even the birth mother of the baby Lucas and Brad want to adopt.
