  • Jason returns to Port Charles, but Carly is stunned to learn the news from Charlotte rather than from Jason himself.
  • Anna and Brennan clash over the investigation as they disagree about Cassius’s role.

This Week on GH: July 20-24, 2026

Carly Learns About Jason

Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) drops major news in Carly’s lap. “You didn’t hear? Jason’s back,” she reveals, leaving Carly (Laura Wright) stunned. The Metro Court Hotel owner is probably wondering why she’s hearing about this development from Valentin’s daughter rather than from Jason (Steve Burton, who’s nominated for a Daytime Emmy) himself. After all, she’s usually one of his first stops whenever he suddenly returns to Port Charles.

This time, however, Jason’s first stop was Danny (Asher Antonyzyn). And then the two immediately left town to reconnect. Carly isn’t going to like being left out of the loop. But she could change her mind when she finds out why Jason didn’t visit her first. It seems like her bestie is doing things differently this time around.

Jason and Danny’s Father-Son Trip is Over

After Charlotte says the words “Jason’s back,” the action cuts to the hospital. Jason’s there, and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) spots him. And for the first time in a long time, she smiles. But will things be the same between them?

Anna and Brennan Compare Notes

The spoilers reveal that Anna (Finola Hughes) returns to work, which seems pretty sketchy, considering she has been hallucinating Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Regardless, Anna questions Jack (Chris McKenna). She keeps pushing her Cassius (Ryan Paevey) agenda. She continues to think he was the supervillain in this scenario.

“Cassius had the strongest motive to shoot Cullum that night on the pier.” “It wasn’t Cassius,” Brennan responds. At some point, Anna will have to realize she may be on the wrong side of history here.

Drew Speaks, and Nina’s Not Going to Like What This Means

Nina (Cynthia Watros) is on Drew duty again. Once again, things won’t go smoothly for the Crimson owner. Dark Drew (Cameron Mathison) seems to be alive and well and able to speak. “What’s wrong, Nina, bad news?” If Drew’s starting to string together a sentence, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nina are in trouble.
