Dillon may be a strapping young man now on General Hospital (GH), but when he entered this world in 1992, he was premature and weighed less than four pounds.
In fact, it looked like he might not even survive. Bill Eckert (Tony Geary) tried to comfort Paul (Paul Satterfield), who was taking it hard and also trying to be a rock for Tracy (Jane Elliot).
Even Lila (Anna Lee) came by to comfort Tracy and Paul. Ned (Wally Kurth) gave his mother wise words and a shoulder to lean on, reminding her that Quartermaines are made of strong stuff.
