They’re both tiny and they’re both feisty and they’ve both loved Jason with all their heart on General Hospital (GH).
Sure, Jason and Brenda’s “love” was more brother-sister like (but they did go to senior prom together when he was still Jason Q, and well, later they married for convenience), but they always remained close even when they fought.
When Brenda returned to town in 2010, she and Sam met for the first time. Brenda tried to be nice, but Sam immediately didn’t trust her and confided her feelings in Maxie.

Considering Spinelli deemed Brenda a goddess, Maxie wasn’t too thrilled with her either, which made for some very interesting conversation.
