We all knew Dr. Bensch was too good to be true on General Hospital (GH) and Kiki should have known the same. But, she wanted to go to med school and it felt good to have a mentor encouraging her.
Over the last few weeks, Bensch’s (James DePaiva) fascination with Kiki (Hayley Erin) has intensified and now she’s truly beginning to understand that something might be wrong here–except she doesn’t know a way out.
Her first clue was when Dr. Bensch asked her out for dinner and drinks. Once alcohol became part of the scenario, Kiki knew this was going beyond the friend or even mentor and mentee level.
When he started massaging her shoulders this week in his office, Kiki was freaked out and it looks like rightfully so.
After those scenes aired, actress Hayley Erin retweeted video of the scenes while thanking GH for telling such an important story.
She ended her tweet with the hashtag “#TimesUp, the one used since late last year for women to fight back against sexual harassers, abusers, and assaulters.

The tweet also indicates there’s a lot more to play out with this story and Kiki might end up in more danger than she anticipates from a man who looks to be a sexual predator.
Erin also said Kiki’s experience hits her close to home. Is it just because she is a young woman in the professional world or did she have a similar experience?
