If you watch General Hospital (GH) closely enough, you find things that just don’t make sense. From inconsistent story points to unexplained living arrangements, there are too many things that just don’t make sense.
Nelle, Nelle, Nelle
First we have the mystery of Nelle (Chloe Lanier) that had one of the biggest “reveal” letdowns we’ve ever seen, but we can’t forget a letter Nelle received months ago from her father telling her she had a job to do, and then we never saw the letter again.
Eventually, we learned her father was Frank Benson, Carly’s (Laura Wright) adoptive dad, and a man who’s been dead for years. So, does GH think we’re just going to forget the letter? Yeah, nope.
Speaking of Nelle, now that we know Jax got a hold of her kidney, how did he even know they weren’t actually getting a kidney from Jake after all? The only explanation was he was in on faking Jake’s death. Yet, somehow we think they’ll leave this unexplained. Guess we’ll have to wait and see on this one.
Three’s Company
We also want to know why Kiki (Hayley Erin) is still living in the apartment that Nina owns. We know it was her father’s apartment first, but why would Nina (Michelle Stafford) be the one to move out and let Franco (Roger Howarth) and Kiki still live there?

Hey, I Recognize You
On Tuesday, Dillon (Rober Palmer Watkins) realized he was coordinating his high school reunion with old Lord of the Rings fangirl pal Amy Driscoll, aka Nurse Amy. It seems she had quite the crush on him back in the day, but Dillon thought of her as just a friend.
Of course, they were both at the Nurses’ Ball last year, and were even performers. You’d think that maybe they would have recognized each other backstage or when they watched one another on stage. Another nope that doesn’t make sense.
HE HAD AN ALIBI!
Also, remember that Paul (Richard Burgi) was at the Nurses’ Ball. He never even left the ball and was too busy trying to recover an x-rated flashdrive of himself and Ava when Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) and Lucas (Ryan Carnes) were attacked. Lo and behold, he somehow became the hospital serial killer despite having a sold alibi for two attacks we all saw.
