Lulu is thinking worst-case scenario on General Hospital. And as a result, she prepares to take Rocco on the run should Cullum get wind of who really shot him. In the video preview for the week of May 18, Dante learns about Lulu’s plan to turn Rocco into a fugitive. And he shuts it down hard.

Key Takeaways

  • Lulu prepares to take Rocco on the run if Cullum learns the truth.
  • Dante fiercely rejects Lulu’s fugitive plan for their son.
  • Josslyn attempts a dangerous prison break while Nina spirals deeper into trouble.
  • Joe Fitzpatrick makes his debut.

Coming Up This Week on GH: May 18-22, 2026

This week brings fugitive plans, a prison break attempt, a big scare for Nina, and a new detective is in the mix. Port Charles remains dangerous and chaotic.

Lulu Wants to Take Rocco and Run if That’s What Needs to Happen

Fake Nathan (Ryan Paevey) has been telling Lulu (Alexis Havins, who thinks Dante and Lulu are endgame) to get Rocco (Finn Carr) out of town. He doesn’t know that they can protect him should Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) figure out that Rocco was the one who shot him. At first, Lulu rejected Nathan’s firm suggestion. But in the back of her mind, she must think that hightailing it out of town may be her only option.

“I’m getting ready in case Rocco and I have to go on the run,” Lulu explains to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), who reacts as expected. He’s been out of the loop on this whole mess. And now Lulu is preparing to do what Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) did with Charlotte (Bluesy Burke)? Lulu didn’t dig Valentin taking their daughter on the run. So it’s not surprising that Dante tells Lulu to think again.

“You will make my son a fugitive over my dead body.”

Maybe Lulu and Dante should work together to figure out what’s in Rocco’s best interest.

A Captive Josslyn Finds a Message and Attempts a Prison Break

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) sounds very matter-of-fact when she says, “I got myself into this room, and I’m going to get myself out.” While in captivity in the same place that Anna (Finola Hughes) was held, she makes a grim discovery.

Anna made sure to document her kidnapping. And the message says: “Anna Devane was held captive here. I was taken on 10-31-25.” The promo also shows Joss attempting to mount a prison break. Will she be successful?

Nina is in Over Her Head

It looks like Nina’s injecting someone, but it might not be Drew (Cameron Mathison). There’s a good bet she’s having to clean up the mess she made. And because of this, she has to continue to inject Brennan (Chris McKenna), so he stays incapacitated. Nothing ever goes right for Nina (Cynthia Watros), so the big scare that she gets can’t mean anything good for her.

New Guy Alert

Finally, we get a glimpse of Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett), the new detective on the block. As we know, he’ll be joining the chaos on Monday, May 18. His first act will be to make an arrest.
