Key Takeaways
- Drew’s plan to break into Brennan’s room quickly goes sideways.
- Carly and Valentin discover the Metro Court’s security has been compromised.
- Anna gets Britt alone and makes a chilling threat.
This Week on General Hospital: August 31-September 4, 2026
Drew Puts His Plan into Motion
Summer may be ending. But trouble is just starting up for a couple of characters, namely, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Brennan (Chris McKenna). We wouldn’t want to be those two this week.
In GH’s latest promo, what has to be Drew sticks the thumb drive Martin gave him into a computer. Which means bad things are about to happen.
Suddenly, Carly (Laura Wright) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) are mobilizing over something Carly notices at her hotel. “All my security cameras are down. And the alarms have been deactivated,” she explains. That means Drew (Cameron Mathison) was at least successful in temporarily eliminating those methods of detection.
Drew’s doing all of this to slip into Jack’s room and destroy any evidence against him. Brennan may be a minor annoyance to Drew, but he’s one who needs to be dealt with immediately.
Ava Sounds the Alarm
Drew’s wielding a flashlight, looking around. But the tone swiftly changes, and Ava (Maura West) desperately tells Drew what needs to happen asap. “We have to get the hell out of here, Drew. Now!”
Carly Is Stunned as Jason Senses Trouble
While we then hear Jason (Steve Burton, a 2026 Daytime Emmy nominee) say, “Something’s off.” We see Carly with a shocked expression. And then Jack gets onto the elevator. And he isn’t looking well.
Anna and Britt Are All Alone
The action then cuts to Britt and Anna (Finola Hughes). The two are standing in a secluded, wooded spot. It’s dark outside. And Anna’s acting oddly. “Why’d we have to meet all the way out here?” Britt asks innocently. “So no one can hear you scream,” Anna responds as she trains a gun on who she perceives is the root of many of her more recent problems.
After a quick succession of images featuring Drew, Valentin, and Brennan. Someone says, “What is that?” Who do you think this is about? Jack or Britt?
