Sonny’s Limit
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard — who shares a journal entry about his mental health here) is clearly not having a good year thus far. His marriage, friendships, and familial connections are mostly damaged and/or destroyed. And he still isn’t aware that somebody tampered with his bipolar medication. He has that to look forward to as well.
As PCPD Commissioner, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has suddenly realized her “friend” is a criminal. Furthermore, FBI Agent John Cates (Adam J. Harrington) has it out for Sonny. He tells her how two thugs pummeled him. Does he think Sonny ordered the beatdown?
After all, that’s Carly’s (Laura Wright) working theory. Is Cates about to go after Sonny harder? Meanwhile, Laura (Genie Francis) talks to Cyrus (Jeff Kober) about her ex-con brother potentially pressing charges against Sonny after all. Why?

Hopefully, Port Charles can deal with Sonny who has reached his limit. And with Ava (Maura West), he names the names. Michael, Carly, Jason (Steve Burton — who almost walked off the GH set), Dex (Evan Hofer), and Nina (Cynthia Watros) are all on his list.
What does that mean and what’s he going to do about them? Simply ignore them or something more? Will anybody realize that Sonny’s mental health situation is in a precarious place and do something about it?
