Finally, Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) trial begins, and Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) gets to tell his side of the story. This is a must-watch simply because the entire thing came about because of a false narrative Curtis created in his head. It’s time for the truth to come out, or at the very least, for Curtis to realize he’s in the wrong. That may take a while, but the trial starting is hopefully leading the story in the right direction.
Having Serena (Kelly Kruger) back in the mix certainly makes things interesting. Not only because Lucy (Lynn Herring) now has someone on her side regarding Deception, but Serena didn’t return to town just for her mother’s sake.
The old Sonny (Maurice Benard) seems to be emerging again, and that is exciting. It’s why his demanding answers and stunning announcement are attention-grabbing. Let’s be honest, mob boss Sonny is usually pretty entertaining to watch when he’s in his element
Another threat for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is always don’t miss. The fact that Willow continues to get away with her despicable crimes, just like Drew (Cameron Mathison), is exhausting. Hopefully, this new threat actually leads to her getting what’s coming to her, even if it’s Drew who does it.
Last but not least, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) learning a secret is one to watch. There are so many secrets in Port Charles right now, but something tells me this has to do with her pal Willow and her sudden divorce from Drew. Then again, perhaps she learns something that could help her friend Isaiah at the trial. Either way, more Elizabeth is always a good thing.
