The next episode of General Hospital features Anna telling Chase that she needs to know that she can trust him, according to the latest spoilers video preview. Also on the agenda for Thursday, July 23, is an intense discussion between Willow and Nina. A confrontation involving Brook Lynn, Lucy, and Tracy. And Sonny asks Rocco for a moment of his time.

Key Takeaways

  • Anna puts Chase to the test before making him an intriguing offer.
  • Willow and Nina weigh a drastic next move while Laura delivers intel to Dante.
  • Brook Lynn, Lucy, and Tracy collide while Sonny reaches out to Rocco with an important conversation.

Coming Up In Port Charles: July 23, 2026

Time is Running Out for a Certain Mother and Daughter

The chaos duo—Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nina (Cynthia Watros)—must be discussing their options for handling a certain locked-in former congressman. They don’t have Jack’s (Chris McKenna) black box, and they know they are running out of time. As soon as Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) mobility and ability to talk in full sentences return, they know they are doomed.

“We won’t control Drew without taking drastic action,” Willow insists.

The Deception Confrontation We Have Been Waiting For?

Whatever is going on with the women of Deception, it isn’t good. Lucy (Lynn Herring) successfully wrangled 50% of Brook Lynn’s shares out of her in exchange for her silence about her plan to frame Willow and for feeding the cops a lie. Of course, roughly a second later, Chase (Josh Swickard) figured it all out, so that backfired big time.

And now Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), Lucy, and Tracy (Jane Elliot) are having it out, and Tracy’s on the offense.

Laura Gives Intel to Dante

When Laura (Genie Francis) tells Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), “I’m sorry to say that’s going to end today,” it sounds like she’s giving him bad news. This could be about the missing police records from the night that Rocco (Finn Carr) shot Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). Anna’s asking for them, and this might be Laura’s way of giving Dante a much-needed heads up.

Anna Turns to Chase

Meanwhile, Anna (Finola Hughes) is working hard to get up to speed on all things Cassius (Ryan Paevey), Cullum, and Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Jack corrected her version of events and told her that it wasn’t Cassius who shot Cullum. But he wouldn’t tell her who really did. That won’t stop her from investigating. If anything, she’ll dig that much harder.

That may be why the teasers say she makes Chase an offer. But first, she needs to know something. “I need to know that I can trust you,” she says.

Sonny Supports His Grandson with a Heart-to-Heart Conversation

Rocco’s life is a mess, and Sonny (Maurice Benard) now knows why. Lulu (Alexa Havins) told him that it wasn’t Jason (Steve Burton, who’s nominated for a 2026 Daytime Emmy) who shot Cullum. It was Rocco.

Sonny wished he had known. He, of course, thinks he could have done something about it. He fancies himself the family protector, after all. Now that he knows after the fact, what he can do to help is show up for Rocco. And that’s what he does.

“Can you take a break for a bit?” he asks his grandson. “It’s important.”
