General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, August 25, suggest that Jason and Carly have another heart-to-heart. This time it will be Jason offering up encouragement to Carly. Meanwhile, Obrecht wants answers, and Ric jumps to conclusions. Here’s a breakdown of what’s ahead on GH.
Key Takeaways
- Jason offers Carly some much-needed encouragement.
- Obrecht searches for answers while Anna is tempted.
- Ric jumps to conclusions again as Lulu offers up relationship advice.
Jason Gives Carly Something to Think About
Carly (Laura Wright) recently advised Jason (Steve Burton, a 2026 Daytime Emmy nominee) on the next phase of his life. She helped give him options on what to do now that he’s no longer working for Sonny (Maurice Benard). Well, on Tuesday, it’s Jason’s turn to offer up words of support to his bestie.
This could be about letting Joss (Eden McCoy) make her own choices. It’s no secret that Carly doesn’t want her daughter to be a WSB lifer. Carly even called up Jax (Ingo Rademacher) to let him know what’s going on. And she has enlisted Hudson (Troy Lennon Appel) to get Joss to take her rightful spot as the head of JJE.
But Joss wants nothing to do with being a corporate suit. She’s apparently happy working as a WSB agent. When Jason encourages Carly, it could be to help her see that she needs to let Joss live her life without her interference.
Obrecht Still Has Questions
If Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) wants answers, as the teasers reveal, she may still want to know more about her son. She doesn’t think Cassius (Ryan Paevey) was the mastermind of the fusion weapon and all of that drama.
Now it’s a matter of who she turns to for those answers. Maybe there’s a link between Obrecht’s desire for answers and Anna (Finola Hughes) being tempted. Could the two potentially work together?
After all, Anna still doesn’t know the truth about a lot of things. She was gone for months and missed most of the destruction and damage that Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), Sidwell (Carlo Rota), and, to a much lesser extent, Cassius caused.
Ric, Once Again, Gets The Wrong Idea
At some point, Ric (Rick Hearst) will probably get tired of being wrong, especially if this has to do with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). He jumped to the wrong conclusions last week when he barged in on Liz nursing Dante’s injury. He’s about to do the same type of thing on Tuesday.
And that could draw in Lulu (Alexa Havins), who’s about to offer someone relationship advice. If anybody needs words of wisdom right now, it’s Ric. He also needs an incentive not to revert to his old self in response to something that may or may not ever happen.
Although Elizabeth and Dante have been turning to each other more and more. Just saying…maybe Ric’s not so far off with his thoughts.
