The upcoming week of March 11 – March 15, 2024 will be a big one on General Hospital. Spoilers tease a range of emotions over Jason’s return while others struggle with medical matters.

Episode 15418: Monday, March 4, 2024
When Sonny (Maurice Benard), Selina (Lydia Look), and Ava (Maura West) met at her warehouse to discuss who has been after them, Jagger (Adam Harrington), Anna (Finalo Hughes), Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), and Chase (Josh Swickard) burst in for a raid. Jason (Steve Burton) made his return to Port Charles when he appeared on the roof alongside a gunman who fired shots into the warehouse but missed thanks to Jason. When the two ran to the pier, Dante followed and was shot by the gunman right after discovering Jason. Meanwhile, Laura (Genie Francis) spoke with Cyrus (Jeff Kober) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) admitted her Deception plan to Tracy (Jane Eliott), all while Heather (Alley Mills) planned her escape from the hospital.
Episode 15419: Tuesday, March 5, 2024
On their way back to Port Charles, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Dex (Evan Hofer) learned about the shots that were fired on the pier. When they arrived, they found an unconscious Dante and tried keeping him stable. Chase showed up and they lost Dante’s pulse, but Dex’s chest compressions got it back as the paramedics arrived. At Selina’s warehouse, Jagger and Sonny rehashed the past, including Sonny’s dealings with Karen. Later, Anna learned of Dante’s shooting and informed Sonny. Marshall (Robert Gossett) told Curtis (Donnell Turner) that he was misdiagnosed with Schizophrenia all those years ago, while Laura brought a feverish Ace to GH with Cyrus by her side. While praying for his great-nephew, Cyrus was confronted by Heather, who was about to attack him when Laura appeared and knocked her out. Once the authorities apprehended Heather, she was on her way back to her room when she began gasping for air and collapsed.
Episode 153420: Wednesday, March 6, 2024
While Dante entered surgery, Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) tore into Sonny over their son’s shooting, and flashed back to the time he shot Dante point blank before he knew he was his son. Anna and Chase questioned Josslyn and Dex about what they saw on the pier, informing them that someone else had called 911 and tended to Dante’s wounds before their arrival. Ava arrived at Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) to look through the footage from the pier and were left shocked by what they saw. When Maxie (Kirsten Storms) arrived to finally talk to Spinelli about their relationship, Ava left to show Sonny the findings while Spinelli was too preoccupied to talk. Maxie pressed him for answers while Ava showed Sonny a still of Jason on the pier. Meanwhile, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) fought Nina (Cynthia Watros) over her decisions for the Invader, including hiring a gossip columnist, and Cody (Josh Kelly) and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) got even closer than they have been.
Episode 15421: Thursday, March 7, 2024
Everyone gathered at GH waiting to hear news on Dante’s condition while in surgery. Chase felt helpless and decided to donate blood. He also told his fiancee Brook Lynn that if she wanted out due to the risks that come with being with a cop, he understood. Brook Lynn assured him she loved him and wanted to marry him. Portia (Brook Kerr) eventually came out of the OR and assured them all that Dante made it out and was headed to the ICU. In the chapel, Sonny wondered how Jason could be the person who has tried to kill him after Ava showed him the footage of Jason on the pier, and later found themselves in a close situation. At the Q Mansion, Drew and Carly kept an eye on Danny (Asher Jared Antonyzyn) and Rocco (Finn Francis Carr), who let their emotions run high after Rocco accidentally broke Danny’s video game. Sam (Kelly Monaco) asked Laura to take a trip to the mansion to talk to her grandson, comforting him during the scary time and letting him know she did indeed know a thing or two about video games. In typical Spixie fashion, Spinelli and Maxie finally rekindled their love, but in the midst of getting arrested after Jagger showed up demanding to see the video footage.
Episode 15422: Friday, March 8, 2024
When Carly arrived home to her dark house, an unexpected voice called her name and she looked into the darkness to see none other than Jason. She tended to his gunshot just before Anna and Jagger showed up ready to search the house for the wanted hitman. Sonny and Ava almost kissed in the chapel before Nina showed up. At Michael’s (Chad Duell) house, he was joined by Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), Josslyn, and Dex to discuss Dante and Dex informed Michael he plans on leaving town again. Alexis and Diane spoke about Diane’s (Carolyn Hennesy) role in Finn’s (Michael Easton) hearing and Nina’s role at The Invader.
