For several years in the 1980s, GH spoilers showed Robert Scorpio and Holly Sutton were that rare soap super-couple who didn’t have baby drama, who didn’t have third-party drama, who didn’t have deep, dark secret drama.
GH Spoilers Speculation
They were simply a husband and wife who adored each other, actually enjoyed each other’s company, had sizzling sex scenes, and enjoyed fighting crime from their super cool awesome computer station in a secret room. Of course, then came Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). And Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough). And Holly’s (Emma Samms) “death.” All good things must come to and. Right?
GH: Back From the Grave
These two just can’t catch a break. Soon after Holly returned from the dead, Robert (Tristan Rogers) was presumed dead. This went on for a while. There was also the monkey virus we’d all rather forget about, and the son that should obviously have been Robert’s, but somehow was Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary), through a series of events that still make no sense to us.
Most recently, it was Holly’s turn to be dead. Now she’s alive again. Robert was sad when he thought she was gone for good. He was so happy when she came back. We were happy too…until…something happened.
GH Spoilers: Why Can’t We Have Nice Things?
Holly is lying to Robert. Sure, we assume she has a good reason, probably having to do with Luke or that aforementioned son. But, nonetheless, this could well be the last straw for Robert. Sure, he said that he understood exactly who she was and that he trusted her with his life, anyway.
But that was before. When he finds out that Holly was working against Anna, his daughter’s mother, this could be the last straw. Samms is only on the show for a specific amount of time and has already finished filming. When she inevitably leaves town this time, will this be the last we see of her…and the last Robert ever wants to?
