GH spoilers teased that Mason wanted Ava to spy on Sonny or else have her crimes exposed. But Ava wasn’t enthused, so Mason upped his game and sent in Betty to work as Avery’s nanny. Ava spilled to Sonny about the traitor in his midst but, for now, they’re holding off doing anything about it. Betty is much more game to get the goods on Sonny. But why limit herself to babysitting Avery, when she can tackle the job from another perspective — by dating Sonny’s other daughter, Kristina.
GH Spoilers Speculation: Easy Prey
Kristina (Kate Mansi) has always been pretty scattered. She never really knows what or who she wants. So how hard could it be for Betty (Ella Lentini) to lay on the charm and get Kristina to fall for her? Right now, Kristina is all about opening her shelter and annoying Molly (Brooke Anne Smith) by offering to be her surrogate. But we know what a short attention span she has. She’ll lose focus in a few minutes. And then Betty can swoop in with the charm offensive.
GH: Daddy’s Girl
Such a development would leave Sonny (Maurice Benard) in a very tricky position. He’ll be furious at the idea of Kristina dating Betty. But he won’t be able to say why. If he tells Kristina the truth, then he and Ava (Maura West) will have shown their cards to Mason. But if he lies, she’ll be able to tell – and just assume her dad is being a homophobe.

GH Spoilers: Mom’s the Word
Even more fun would be Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) getting on her Alexis high horse and lecturing Sonny about his intolerance. Which will leave Sonny either to keep mum and take it (he hates that), or to tell Alexis the truth. And then she’ll have to make up a reason for not wanting Kristina with Betty.
