GH spoilers for Monday, July 19, 2021, reveal a new lead, bad news, a reunion, and so much more. You won’t want to miss an emotional moment of this new episode.
GH Spoilers Highlights
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) are still in New York as they chase a lead in their quest to find Maxie Jones’s baby. She thinks she’s found a way to track Peter August (Wes Ramsey) down. When the guy arrives, Anna will talk with him in a casual way, trying to get answers from him. But when he realizes her questions are a bit too pointed, he begins to appear aggressive. After he appears to make a dangerous move, Valentin goes ninja WSB agent on him, saying if he moves, he’ll break his wrist. So much for the subtly that Anna wanted. But in the end, what he does with the man ends up working — they will learn that he never picked up Peter from that roof that day. So if he didn’t do that, where the heck is the evil spawn?
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) arranges for Maxie (Kirsten Storms) to see her baby. But when she shares the news that Austin Holt (Roger Howarth) is her cousin and is sticking around town, it sends Maxie over the edge. She lets loose that he could blow their entire cover story sky-high. Well, that’s certainly true if she continues to scream bloody murder in public, right?! No worries, Maxie ends up having a rather calm conversation with the doc who delivered her sweet baby and he seems to have the best of intentions. She ends up wishing him a lot of luck getting to know his family. She knows the Quartermaines quite well and knows that he’ll need that luck.
General Hospital Spoilers: Poor Lenny Caufield
Smike (Maurice Benard) reluctantly updates Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and asks if she can come home. Horrified by what her friends are going through — poor Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) dealing with his heart ailment and a cancer diagnosis — Nina tells Smike she wants to do something for them after all they’ve done to help her heal when she fled Port Charles. She wants to help pay for those huge medical bills that are causing Lenny to not even want to pursue treatment since he doesn’t want to bury Phyllis financially. But is Nina really ready to leave Wiley behind after making it into his family digital album? Willow Tait Chase (Katelynn MacMullen) is thrilled to see Nina so happy and hopes one day they’ll get to meet Nina’s new guy. Yeah, good luck with that Willow.
GH spoilers tease that Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) meets up with Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) at the Metro Court once again. After the last time they met, when she insisted she was getting a divorce and flirted with him, he wants to know how it’s all working out for her now. Their snark continues to amuse.
General Hospital Dark Prince Issues
One person who won’t be amused is her husband Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). General Hospital spoilers reveal that his efforts are thwarted — but what was he trying to do? Get Ava to take him back once again? Needless to say, his son will not lift a finger to make him feel better about his marriage — in fact, Spencer tells his father it may be a bigger deal than he thinks. Do they spy Ava with Austin? They do and Spencer tries his best to stoke the flames but Nik sees through it and warns his son not to do that. Spencer will actually slip and show he knew something about the stalker — that he sent a gruesome gift to Ava with that cockroach but when Nik’s radar goes off, Spencer deflects, saying he saw it on social media. Nice save, Spencer. And sadly his father is easily snowed — or so it seems.
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) should worry about his own big deal schemes. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) shares her news with the object of his affection of late — Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla). She tells her that she and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) are now a thing, which doesn’t surprise Trina in the slightest. But Trina might be surprised shortly. While Cam was having fun with Joss, they’re interrupted by Spencer, who reveals he’s back in town — not pleasing his former rival for Emma’s affection — Cam — in the slightest.
