General Hospital’s spoilers for November 30, 2023, focus on Ava being on the wrong end of an intense questioning courtesy of Dante. Will she spill the tea or keep her mouth shut?
General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Ava’s (Maura West) in a precarious position this week. Somebody’s murdered Austin (Roger Howarth) and now people want answers from her. As a result, she’s having to field some difficult questions. For example, Sonny (Maurice) pointedly asked her to tell him if she killed Austin. It’s clear he wouldn’t be surprised if the former mob queen did the deed. He wants to know so he can do something about it. He’ll protect her since she’s Avery’s (Ava and Grace Scarola) mom.
On the other side of things, Dante’s (Dominic Zamprogna) is probably not as interested in protecting Ava. It’s his job to ask the tough questions and he has plenty of them. How much will Ava actually reveal now that Dante and the Port Charles Police Department are working in conjunction with the Pautauk Police on this investigation? Does the gallery owner have a viable alibi? Will she fess up to the true nature of her relationship with Austin? More importantly, will she let the cops know how much she wanted to strangle Austin at the time of his death? No?
It’s Always “Sonny” in Port Charles
Following his own question-and-answer session with Ava, Sonny remains the busy guy that he is. First, his henchman, AKA Dex (Evan Hofer), relays an important message to him. Will this message concern business or family?

Second, Thanksgiving is barely over, and Sonny’s already thinking ahead because he wants to start making plans for Christmas Eve. Sonny’s all about family, plus he’s basking in the marital bliss he has with Nina (Cynthia Watros). Nothing could possibly go wrong to mess up his holiday season, right?

Help for the Lost and the Little
Interestingly, TJ (Tajh Bellow) finds himself turning to Portia (Brook Kerr) for advice…again. He and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) are on different wavelengths after experiencing heartbreak with their surrogate. The lawyer is ready to search for a new surrogate. Meanwhile, the doctor wants to process this loss and take their time before making any decisions. Is this why he confides in Portia again? And why are these two conversing more and more these days?
And finally, expect Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) son James (Gary James Fuller) to ask for Cody’s (Josh Kelly) help. Maxie recently admitted to feeling over her head and she doesn’t know what to do. Does James overhear this admission and wants to get his mom’s help? Or is he enlisting Cody’s aid for something less dire, like a cool magic trick? Inquiring minds want to know why the little guy needs the stable guy’s help.
