General Hospital spoilers update for May 17 – 21, 2021, reveal a shocking suggestion, a surprising connection, and a can’t-miss special episode.
General Hospital — The Week Ahead
The “baby” in Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) belly is getting closer and closer to “being born” and the doting “father-to-be” has a request for Brook Lynn. Brook Lynn is shocked by Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) suggestion that he move in with her. It obviously doesn’t bode well for the baby-switcheroo plan with Maxie (Kristen Storms) and Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman).
This past week, Nina (Cynthia Watros) went undercover on a date with Elijah (Dan White). She let him wine and dine her, so she could get closer to him and gain insider information. The plan is for Sonny and herself to bring him down. When Sonny (Maurice Benard) makes a connection next week, we have to wonder, is he connecting the dots on who Elijah truly is? Or has he made an even larger connection to his past, the man he once was, and the life he once led?
You’ll want to tune in on Friday for a can’t-miss episode. The special tribute episode will be celebrating beloved actor John Reilly and some fan-favorites will be back in Port Charles to pay tribute.

Sam finally tracked down Jason. She was ready to abandon her children and run with him to Canada (supposedly to just drop him off on the other side of the border). He put a stop to it. He opted to drive away with Britt instead.
Nina went on a date with Elijah, but only so Sonny could dig up some dirt on him. The plan went off the rails when Sonny tripped an alarm at the building and Elijah got notified. What a mess.
Sasha’s pregnant. She’s not exactly thrilled about it and only opened up to Lucy (who was thrilled about it). Unfortunately, Gladys overheard her talking on the phone in the bathroom and the secret is already slipping out.
