General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, August 11, 2020 reveal cautious optimism, explosive confrontations, and outright lies. You won’t want to miss a dramatic moment of this new episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is running out of time and wants to know if Sam (Lindsay Hartley) plans to sign the papers or not. It’s not like she had a lot of time, either: That strict parole officer of hers is on the prowl, and there is no way Sam wants to leave Jason’s (Steve Burton) side. It looks like Sam is cautiously optimistic.

That may work in Valentin’s favor, which he may need more than ever since Ned (Wally Kurth) calls an emergency meeting for ELQ. While his own life is about to get some answers, now that the judge has a decision in Wiley’s custody case, that doesn’t mean that Michael (Chad Duell) can’t multi-task: He wants to know from Ned what the hell is going on.

All About Cyrus

One thing worrying Ned is the fact that Cyrus (Jeff Kober) has designs on being the sole benefactor of General Hospital. But Cyrus seems to be on everyone’s mind in Port Charles. Even Lucy (Lynn Herring) accosts the mobster.

TJ (Tajh Bellow) has questions about the man, too. He wants to know if his mother got fired from her job as the Port Charles police commissioner over her big endorsement of Cyrus Renault. Of course, spoilers reveal that Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) lies to TJ. Has she been fired? Or is it about something else?

Anger Builds

Either way, her husband is not having any of this. Curtis is confrontational as he approaches Cyrus at The Metro Court (what happened to Cyrus not being welcomed there?!) and warns the mobster that from now on, they are playing by his rules. Cyrus must be shaking in his boots. Not. But perhaps he should be.

Like Curtis, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) must be getting desperate because it looks like she’s finally ready to listen to her lawyer for once. After he shoots down her idea, she asks him what he thinks will actually work. Is it too late for Nelle or is there still time for her to pull a rabbit out of a hat to win Wiley? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
