General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) clashes with Uncle Cyrus (Jeff Kober) and it’s not pretty. But something goes down that has his mother asking if he’s crazy. Laura (Genie Francis) hopes he won’t consider working for the bad mobster, but what is Nik planning? Later, Cyrus assures someone it doesn’t have to be that way — but whoever he’s talking to should know not to trust him.
Nik’s wife gets an ominous package with a hand in it, and Ava (Maura West) is put on edge. Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) is worried that she’s in danger and wants to help if he can. But Ava lets him know that she never goes anywhere without protection — her gun. But will a gun work on an invisible phantom? Or worse, what if it’s someone closer than she thinks?

Alexis Ponders Time
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is done fighting phantoms and instead will have to deal with some very real issues. Sam (Kelly Monaco) steps in to help with her mom’s personal affairs. Alexis laments that she only has a little time before she has nothing but time. And Alexis left alone with her thoughts is never a good thing.
Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) can also be her own worst enemy. What is she thinking faking a pregnancy (and what happened to the real one we thought she was dealing with?). She has words with someone, probably Ned, in front of Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), letting them know she doesn’t take orders from them. That’s for sure, but maybe she should.
Is This The End?
As Willow watches that hot mess, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), who interrupted an intimate moment between Willow and Michael (Chad Duell), asks Michael what’s going on. It looks like it’s time these two finally face that what they had is gone — and perhaps it will free them both up to find the person they are truly meant to love.
Spoilers reveal that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is surprised by what he sees while Carly (Laura Wright) asks him what his “guy” has to say!
