Your General Hospital spoilers weekly update for May 11-15, 2020, is here! Catch up on what you missed, get a sneak peek at what’s ahead, and find out how you can get involved in the soap opera community!

GH Weekly Recap

We went through something of a whirlwind on General Hospital this week, and it left a few folks feeling blown away! Something of an explosion took place at the clothing drive, with Sam, Kristina, Molly, and Alexis airing no end of grievances with one another.

Even as that was taking place, Ava was facing some fallout of her own, having told Nikolas that he needed to choose between his fortune and his son.

Parentage was on Nelle’s mind, as well, as she readied herself for the custody hearing by asking Nina to be her character witness… even as Jax advised caution. The gale is only growing, and next week, we’ll be weathering a storm. Here are the spoilers!

GH Weekly Teasers

Nelle’s antagonist streak reveals itself yet again as tensions rise for everyone involved with Wiley’s future. It’s only an additional concern for Sonny, though, who is left in agony as several situations all come to a head at once.

Anguish is also set to descend elsewhere, but even as circumstances seem to suddenly turn against him, Michael is given an outpouring of support from his friends and family.

A Look Ahead

This past week was pretty interesting, and the coming ones may bring some unexpected developments. With things being what they are, it’s easy to miss important moments… but that’s why Soap Hub is here to help. If you have any questions, thoughts, or even theories, don’t hesitate to share them with the community!

General Hospital’s History

GH made its debut in 1963 and is the second longest-running daytime soap opera in American history. The longest-running sudser is Guiding Light. While it’s not the longest-running daytime drama, General Hospital is the longest-running soap opera currently on air.

The daytime drama outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households! From Luke (Tony Geary) and Laura’s (Genie Francis) gripping romance and wedding, to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his mobster activities, GH knows how to please their viewers.

Bringing the Drama

More then five decades of gripping drama has kept the daytime drama on the air as other soap operas were axed. GH is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air, with the other three being Days of our Lives (DAYS), The Young and the Restless (Y&R), and The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B). GH airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for air times.
