General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 1 reveal a rip-roaring start to a new month on Spoon Island. It’s been a while since strange things happened in the night in this mausoleum of a house, so this could be good.
Truth serum seems like the oldest spy trick in the book, but we guess Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) was trained by the WSB so he knows their playbook. And that old mixed-up glass thing? We’ve seen it a million times.
Spoilers say that Nina (Cynthia Watros) catches onto Valentin’s plan. Does she realize he is trying to get information on Cassandra (Jessica Tuck)? Did he know Finn’s (Michael Easton) news before Finn even delivered the news about Ms. Pierce.
Also, it looks like Hayden (Rebecca Budig) ended up with the lucky glass. Spoilers say she makes a fool of herself. That likely means she tells a whole lot of truths.

Plus, she sees someone in that room she was visiting and we are guessing it’s her old pal Liesl (Kathleen Gati) who ran her out of town? Will Hayden reveal what happened to the one she was carrying when she wrote Finn that letter?
Also, would this then make Liesl keeper of yet ANOTHER baby secret besides the Wiley-Jonah Debacle and The Saga of Sasha the Non-Daughter? That’s quite a feat for Dr. Obrecht.
Maybe she’d like to reveal one of these secrets one of these days. Or, perhaps they’ll all come out at once…
