General Hospital spoilers for Friday, October 18, 2019, reveal that you really, really shouldn’t give a serial killer a sharp object and a cellmate because something must be wrong in the New York correctional system.

General Hospital Spoilers: Serial Killers Gonna Kill

It looks like everyone goes to Pentonville, whether convicted criminals or not. This time, it’s henchman Bryce who made his way there to await trial. However, he doesn’t last there for long because he took one look at Ava and made a big mistake.

Don’t look longingly and comment on how you want a serial killer’s obsession or you will find yourself dead in Port Charles.

Yes, Chase (Josh Swickard) is called over to Pentonville to investigate Ryan’s (Jon Lindstrom) latest piece of handiwork.

Ryan is quite proud of himself and really, what does he have to lose considering he’s already in jail for the rest of his life? But, will Chase survive this visit?

Jason (Steve Burton) thinks all will be right with the world because he’ll get Bryce to flip and tells Sam (Kelly Monaco) so. Well, he doesn’t know Bryce is dead and Ryan put a kink in their little plans. Maybe they should go back to investigating Peter (Wes Ramsey).

Everyone Needs A Stiff Drink

Poor Ava (Maura West) is a nervous wreck because of creepy Ryan and just wants to drown her sorrows in martinis wherever she goes.

She does have Laura (Genie Francis) as a friend though and Laura tells her she just wants to help her. Ava has to confess Ryan is still essentially stalking her.
