General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, March 11, 2021, reveal shockwaves over the murder, an unlikely connection, and someone seeing something he shouldn’t. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional new episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

News spreads about Franco’s (Roger Howarth) death, as shock settles in not only about the murder, but that Jason (Steve Burton) is the one accused of shooting him. Both Carly (Laura Wright) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) are in disbelief, whereas Franco’s loved ones are out for blood.

Still in deep grief about losing Sonny (Maurice Benard), Carly (Laura Wright) takes Franco’s death very personally or more so, that it could result in her losing her best friend. Carly tells Jason that she cannot lose him and she won’t, which means we can count on her to go toe-to-toe with Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Scotty (Kin Shriner) or anyone else who goes after Jason.

Meanwhile, Sonny, who is very much alive and still has no idea who he is, prepares for a card game where he can win money to help his new friends with their pressing financial woes.

Secrets Unite

Anna (Finola Hughes) and Jackie (Kim Delaney) sit down for a chat and find they have a lot in common. Both kept big secrets hidden from those who they are closest to, and they are now paying the piper for those truths coming to light.

Chase (Josh Swickard) sees something he isn’t meant to. Since we know that the DNA results are in whether Finn (Michael Easton) is Chase’s father or brother, is it possible that Chase somehow sees the results first?

Gregory (Gregory Harrison) and Finn continue their emotional argument about Chase and his need to know (or not) the truth about his biology. Gregory lets his oldest son have it and tells him that he lost Finn the night he slept with Jackie.

Plea For Help

Cameron (William Lipton) tells Joss (Eden McCoy) and Trina (Sydney Mikayla) that he needs their help to uncover the truth. Cameron thinks that Franco’s killer could have been inspired to commit the murder after Peter (Wes Ramsey) and The Intruder wrongly published the threat of what Franco’s brain tumor could mean for Port Charles.

Whether Cameron’s on the right track or not, his instincts regarding Peter and where this all began, could lead him to the real killer of his stepfather — and into bigger danger. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
