General Hospital spoilers for Friday, September 6, 2019, reveal a day where secrets bubble to the surface but don’t quite make it there… yet. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.
Peter (Wes Ramsey) still hasn’t come through for Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) because Peter is too busy trying to take care of his own problems. Those problems are namely a stabbed Andre (Anthony Montgomery) and a missing Drew (Billy Miller).
So Shiloh, therefore, lingers in jail and meets up with his newest friend, Nelle (Chloe Lanier). He knows that this is not a woman who would have fallen for his cult, but perhaps she may have been a good partner in crime.
But Nelle knows something about him he doesn’t know. He is not Wiley’s father like he thinks he is and Nelle tries to use her own little secret to her advantage. She tries to recruit Shiloh as a Pentonville ally… mainly to keep him away from her son.

Meanwhile, the woman who delivered her baby is still carrying that secret around and uses it to her advantage. After Brad (Parry Shen) tries threatening Liesl (Kathleen Gati), she turns the tables and finally gets him to agree to make sure Sasha and Nina’s DNA match.
However, Finn (Michael Easton) looks to have some pretty grim news. He gathers Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) loved ones around him and spoilers say Nina is overwhelmed.
