General Hospital spoilers for September 16-20, 2019 reveal Kim and Shiloh both doing things they shouldn’t, but do either one of them really even care?
Kim (Tamara Braun) has tried over and over again to tell herself that Franco (Roger Howarth) is definitely not Drew, but somehow what she tells herself refuses to sink into her brain. She repeats it over and over this week and tells the same thing to our Franco-Drew hybrid, or the computer glitch, as Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) so aptly puts it.
In the end, that’s all Franco really is at the moment and Kim will do the unthinkable and sleep with a body that doesn’t have its right mind downloaded. All we can do is hope beyond hope that she hasn’t found the baby daddy she’s been craving so much. (Her motto can be: Any Drew Will Do.)

Meanwhile, Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) has his day in court and he’s extremely confident that no matter what he does, he will come off scot-free as per usual. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is there to witness this as he promises (threatens?) her they will be together again. Will Peter (Wes Ramsey) come through for the man who is blackmailing him?
