General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Anna (Finola Hughes) opens the envelope and learns the truth. The answer flips her out, saying it’s nothing but lies as she violently tosses the paper with the test results. Whatever she learns must make her think her twin Alex is even more of a danger to those she loves. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) proposes an extreme solution. Does he offer to kill Alex to protect Peter?
Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) continues to hate Peter (Wes Ramsey), wanting to bring him down while pretending to support Maxie (Kirsten Storms). Peter receives a disconcerting call, as the color drains from his face upon hearing Helena’s (Constance Towers) voice, but is it real? It’s obvious he’s pretty freaked out, causing Spinelli to ask if he’s seen a ghost.
The Ghost of Taggert
Julian (William deVry), on the other hand, actually does see a ghost — the return of Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews), who was in costume as Darth Vader. Julian recognizes him but probably only from the run-in with Nelle (Chloe Lanier) on the docks when he stopped Julian from killing his psycho ex. Will anyone else recognize this particular Halloween ghost?

Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) are still on their mission to bring down Cyrus (Jeff Kober), which could only help Taggert. But unfortunately, Jason tells Sonny that if Cyrus is bringing drugs into Port Charles then he’s found an alternate route cause he hasn’t seen him do it. Will they figure it out before it’s too late?
Liz Comes Clean
Franco (Roger Howarth) receives troubling information that makes him ask what’s going to happen to him. But he’s not the only one thrown for a loop. Feeling guilty that he says she’s the only one he trusts, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) lets Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) know that she was the one blackmailing him.
Meanwhile, his wife is at Pentonville to try to outsmart a very smart serial killer. Ava (Maura West) let Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) know her divorce papers are signed, sealed, and deliver. Will he buy what she’s selling? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
