General Hospital spoilers for Friday, January 25 reveal a heartbreaking and emotional day in Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this dramatic episode.
After Jake (Hudson West) showed Franco (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) the types of messages Aiden (Jason David) has been receiving on his tablet, Liz and Franco had to have a difficult conversation that flows into tomorrow.
Although Elizabeth said it was always in the back of her mind that Aiden might discover he is gay, she just wasn’t expecting it to cause issues in third grade.
On Friday, Franco asks the mother of three rambunctious boys how she would feel if Aiden actually is gay.
Would it matter to her? Should she perhaps get some insight from her friend, Terry (Cassandra James), although gay and transgender are not the same.

Over at the hospital, Lulu (Emme Rylan) remains unconscious and Laura (Genie Francis) remains by her daughter’s side imploring her to wake up.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) also shows up at the hospital. Lulu is his daughter-in-law, after all – and the mother of his grandson – and Sonny wants her to wake up as much as anyone else.
Meanwhile, Ava (Maura West) stays right by ‘Kevin’s’ side. She knows there’s something strange about the way he’s acting, but can’t put her finger on it.
